Our guests can arrive from the 15.00 to the 18.00 on the arrival day and have to leave
the flat on the departing day before 10.00.
On the apartments are not included: bed linen, blankets and towels.
The final cleanings are compulsory. They can also b e
arranged by the owner; in this case the costs are:
- ONE-ROOM FLAT Type A1 -A Euro

- TWO-ROOMS FLAT Type B1 - B - E Euro 60
- THREE-ROOMS FLAT Type C- F - G Euro 90 |

If you want to confirm your booking use the booking form. After your reservation and our confirmation (according to the availability at the moment) we will let you have our current account for the transfer of the deposit that amounts
at 30% of the cost of the apartment
(we have to receive the deposit max 3 days after our written
confirmation; if not, the booking is not binded); the residual 70%
and the optional costs, at the same time, will be paid when we will deliver you the keys of the apartment. You will also have to
pay a refundable deposit of 150 euro, that we will give you
back at the end of your holiday (if there are not any damages
and the final cleaning are made).
