entfernt. Sie sind vollständig eingerichtet (neuwertige
Möbel) und mit Kochtöpfen, Geschirr, Gläsern und
Besteck ausgestattet. Weiters verfügen sie über Kühlschrank und
Kochfeld (kein Backofen), Fernsehapparat, Klimaanlage
auf Wunsch und einen reservierten Parkplatz.

-Three-room apartments
(type “C” – Villa Mimì).

The apartments are 30 m from the beach. They are equipped with kitchenware, tableware, glassware, cutlery and are fully furnished (new furnishings) with fridge/freezer, hob (no oven), washing machine, TV, air conditioning
on request and parking space (in rows). Rental fees of the apartments
include water, electricity and gas. Rental fees do not include
air-conditioning, sofa punk bed (for type F-G) and plant bed (type
E), the supply of bed linen, blankets, the hire of beach loungers / beach umbrellas, final cleaning (see costs in the price list).
